Okay, even if Grant Morrison hadn't used Sandman Mark II to help the justice league fight some kinda dream monster, the Martian Manhunter, batman and superman would've still had cameos in The Sandman.

If Vertigo weren't the same universe as DC we never would've enjoyed Swamp Thing's attack on Gotham.

Also, if you haven't read Alan Moore's Swamp Thing, you need to fix your life and get on that shit.

Do cameos back and forth count? I usually think of those more like crossovers than anything, and I don't think anyone would try to count, for example, Spiderman and Wolverine as DC characters just because they appeared in the Marvel/DC crossover books.

Mostly, my point was that when someone says, "Who's your favorite DC character?" Sandman isn't really an appropriate answer.

But, one: excellent display of continuity knowledge, I bow down before you, and two: yah, I really need to go read Swamp Thing.

I have a feeling BSG will be kickass in part 2 of season 4. These episodes have all felt like a slow burn to something greater.

Then again I probably feel this way because getting caught up on the show just so I can watch season 4 only to have the show fall apart is something I don't want accept.

When the D's album first came out we were at an IHOP with a bunch of strangers from a Wierd Al show in Oklahoma. None of them had heard of the D, so I sang "DOuble Team" to them. The whole IHOP got very quiet and uncomfortable.

"Loosely inspired by Charles Manson's "family", the film centers around a group of nomadic Satanist hippies who ride into a small town and terrorize the inhabitants. After an old man confronts the group, he is dosed with LSD. Another young woman is raped. A boy then decides to exact revenge and put a stop to the rampage. The boy (who works at a local bakery) feeds the hippies special pot pies laced with blood from a rabid dog. Meh, I don't think I buy the Captain America shield thing in Iron Man. It's not noticeable/direct enough for me to believe that it's truly supposed to be an Easter Egg. Damnit, you guys are just doing this to make me comment:
1. Spider-man began Civil War on Iron's Man side, but switched part way.
2. In defense of Spider-man – spider sense! Spider-man is able to sorta kinda predict when bad things are going to happen and dodge them. Dunno if it's actually a predictor or what, but it's what has allowed him to survive, for example, guns. So, not as cut and dried, IMO.

Of the two, Undefeatable is more…. watchable? As in, I was able to watch it and just make fun of how bad it was without losing my mind. Robo-Vampire made me doubt my faith in the human race as a whole. I was literally clawing at the walls before it was over.
